In the HEART OF NAPLES emerges La Santissima
An innovative temporary urban regeneration project that transforms the former Military Hospital of Naples into a cultural and creative space, created through the collaboration of Urban Value, the Agenzia del Demanio, the City of Naples, and the Coop4art social cooperative consortium.
HISTORICAL BACKGROUND
The space, with a total area of over 7,500 sqm, is part of the larger Complex of the S.S. Trinità delle Monache and the Quartieri Spagnoli Park in Naples. Originally built as a convent in 1536, the complex was used for military purposes from the 19th century and closed its doors in 1992.
